This could hardly be easier. Onto a square white base card I stuck a panel of lovely shimmery paper, which I had edged with a Threading Water border punch. Then I just added snowflakes cut from glitter and mirri card and embossed with the Cuttlebug, with the addition of an iridescent gemstone in the centre. A circle sentiment from Craftwork Cards finished the card off. I've made quite a few of these, all on the same theme but each one slightly different. Here's another one:
